These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts principles. A court of competent jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas shall be the exclusive forum for the resolution of any dispute between you and Charhai, and you irrevocably consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction, and venue, of such court.

17. No Legal Effect

The paragraph titles in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
